Movies!

I went to see 'No strings attached' the other night, was sucha great and funny movie! watching Black Swan on the other hand left me speechless! i walked out of the movie feeling so distrurbed! the movie was absolutely brilliant but sucha mind boggle! Going to a movie makes me so happy as it gives me a chance to kick back and relax with friends and family and did i mention enjoy the extra large slush! what kinds of movies have you guys seen lately?

dance dance dance!! :)

Hip hop, jazz, funk, ballroom you name it! dancing is the best way of expressing yourself letting go of the happenings of the day and just goin crazy! :) i love to lose myself in the music and i find the best way to have fun with your frends or as a way to work out :) i started ballroom dancing last year and i just found the steps so graceful and fun! i love to watch so you think you can dance! wow what a great programme! to see how those dancers push themseleves to the absolute limit and the way they express themselves through dance is so amazing! i hope u all hava great morning and dance the day away!! :)

LOVE

Love makes the worl go round! i believe that love is the most precious gift to give someone else, as love shows someone that you care about them so much and u would do anything for them :) the love i have for my family is indescribable. my sister is my best friend she makes me laugh so much and i can confide in her about anything! my dad is my hero, he has always been there for me and kept me strong guiding me in the right direction always and my mom is the person i look up to and want to be exactly like one day, she has the most beautiful personality in the world! my boyfriend has been there for me through good and bad. he has showed me the meaning of love and its the best feeling in the world! guys you have so much love to share with the world so give as much as you can!! :)

cape town :) need i say more? :)

wow waking up to the smell and the sound of the sea :) there is nothing beter than this :) the beauty of cape town is indescribable. i love the freedom and how people are so free to be themselves, to take walks freely in the streets and run by the sea in the afternoon. table mountain and lions head are sights so beautiful they look like paintings :) i sat yesterday with my boy ontop of a rock in the middle of the sea watching the sunset. i think that cape town must have the most beautiful sunset in the whole world! the colours are too beautifull for words!! one of my favourite places in cape town is bolders beach! i love swimming between the bolders with all the penguins! they are such interesting and beautiful animals! i cant wait to head to stellenbosch and explore that part of cape town :) wow i feel so lucky to be here :) i hope u all hava beautiful day and lemme know what you think about cape town? :)

Talking and walking in your sleep :)

Morning everyone! :) i woke up this morning to realize that apparently last night i was having a full conversation in a different language in my sleep! lol how strange! :) when i was small i used to sleep walk all the time.  One night i apparently rearranged my room! i woke up the next morning to find my desk on the other side of the room and all my chairs and clothes had been moved around! there was also a time when i stood in the middle of my room and sprinkled a box full of tiny little beads all over my carpet! haha i think i must have been dreaming of feeding chickens or something like that! Have any of you guys got some funny sleepwalking stories to share or times when you have talked in you sleep? have a great morning :)

There is a famous saying, A dog is a mans best friend :) i believe this to be so true. i mean whats better than coming home after a long day and to have your dog jump and kiss you hello being so excited to see you!

What makes you smile till your cheeks are sore? :)

Why is it that when a person smiles at someone else, it is often found that the person who was smiled at, smiles back. Mabe its because smiling is so contagious and beacuse smiling is fun :)  A smile is the most simple, inexpensive and most wonderful things in the world. Not only does a simple smile release happy endorphins but it can make someones day, who may have been having a hard one. Come on :) why dont you give it a try- close your eyes and smile as wide as you can and see how it makes you feel and what thoughts come into your head. These images are most probably perhaps someone you love, a joke you may have heard, a memory of a holiday, a special gift that was given to you, or mabe a movie you once saw or even that contagious laugh of someone you know! :). I know that when i have had a rough day there are people i think about that no matter what make me feel better just by thinking of them.
